Some of the best eggs Benedict I have ever had was at this little brunch spot called The Southernmost Beach Cafe. I am not a huge mustard fan but this mustard seed hollandaise sauce was so good and perfectly complemented the creamy poached eggs, the salty pork and the crisp potatoes. With my delicious hot coffee on the side, this really was a perfect brunch with a view.
A must for anyone staying on that side of Key West.
