U:don in Seattle is a casual dining restaurant that serves fresh hand-pulled Japanese udon noodles. These are the best hand-pulled udon noodles I have ever had! Their menu is incredible too. So many choices and you’re able to choose however many toppings you want, the pork, the soft boiled eggs and fresh scallions, you can’t go wrong with some or all of them.
While you wait, you can watch them pull noodles right in front of you, or browse their many appetizers. There’s really nothing like it anywhere else. Noodles are my biggest weakness and if you feel the same this place will be your heaven.
