I don’t love the Valentine’s day holiday, but I do like doing something special with my significant other. Typically I like to choose one of my favorite restaurants, but sometimes I like to stay in too. This year I chose to stay in and cook something that will totally be worth the effort. My recipe of choice is Ragu with some delicious red wine and my favorite 1655 Gruyere (one of my favorite cheeses, I found mine at Mariano’s).
