We all have anxiety about something. I wanted to start a weekly series dedicated to wellness whatever that may be for you.  I try to do things that help me emotionally and mentally and keep me self aware. Here are some of my favorite things to help me stay zen no matter what:

Jen Gotch is OK…Sometimes -Podcasts are kind of new to me, and I can’t believe I am saying that because there are so many good ones. I have been missing out, but thats OK. My favorite one so far is “I cry at work” and I can definitely relate. I wish more corporate environments thought about things like Jen does, but for now, I just hope people listen to her podcasts because they are amazing and up-lifting and so relatable.



Organic Olivias Juices/ Tinctures – I have only been following Olivia for a short period of time, but when I found her account, I probably spent hours reading through all her posts. I find herbalism and medicine to be very interesting. I love being more knowledgable about what my body does and goes through and how to help support some of our more forgotten vital functions. I ordered the Digestive juice, as well as the Peace Juice which actually comes in a spray and is super convenient. I cannot wait to let you guys know how these work for me!


Going to bed earlier and waking up earlier – this is easier said than done, because I love staying up late. I have been this way since I was very young, and I am still trying to get myself on the right track. I will say this, whenever I do get to bed earlier and wake up around 7 am and take a walk outside, its amazing. There is nothing better or more energizing, but considering I am not a morning person, getting to that point takes work on my part. 




I started cutting out milk in some things like coffee a few months ago, and instead drinking Oat-Ly. Although cutting out milk is hard for me because I have been drinking whole milk my whole life, this milk changed the game for me. It has incredible texture (froth factor) and is amazing for coffee. You can froth it perfectly for cappuccinos, or just shake the carton for iced coffee. I am obsessed! The worst part is that they don’t sell this in regular grocery stores and the local grocery store always sells out because so many people are buying it. Let me know if any of you have tried this if not I highly suggest you do!
