My favorite makeup is no makeup at all. Some face gloss or highlighter and a good fancy chap stick. But when you absolutely have to wear makeup these are the products I reach for. With Spring in full bloom, these are the perfect tones to wear, but honestly I wear them all year round for a light ‘no-make-up’ make up look.
Lorac Santa Monica Pallete – the cool toned matte eye shadows are perfect for spring. Farmers Market is the perfect color for setting eye primer. Promenade is a great transition shade and Bungalow is the perfect light brown for both day time, or layered can be used for a smokey eye effect. Silicon Beach, is honestly one of my favorite pink toned ultra highlighters.
Cheek Parade Benefit – I have always been a fan of Hula, and once Hula light came out and got paired with their Dandelion highlighter and Galifornia pink blush I knew I needed this pallete.
Tarte Quench Lip Rescue – I found these about two years ago and I have been hooked ever since (I featured the Nude one in ‘In Search of the Perfect Nudes: Lip Edition’). i think I own every single shade except for the dark purple one. These ‘chapsticks’ are sheer, slightly minty, and have a slight glossy effect. I recommended these to so may people and everyone loves them! The mermaid-worthy packaging will look amazing on your vanity and these are perfect for gifting too.
